Through meditation, sound, and intuitive energy guidance, you’ll be held in a space to soften, realign, and return to your natural state of harmony.
✨How I work with frequency✨
I channel healing by using sound, frequency, and intuitive energy work to activate and recalibrate your energetic field. By working with vibrational frequencies, I help shift stored energy in the body, regulate the nervous system, and bring you into deeper alignment with your true state.
I like to describe this work as a universal language. One that goes beyond words and communicates directly with the body, the nervous system, and the energetic field. Your body naturally responds to frequency, as everything within it, your cells, your emotions, and your energy holds its own vibration.
As I connect with frequency, I intuitively receive images, and visions that communicate where energy is being held and where it is ready to move.
This becomes part of the universal language allowing me to work with your energy in a way that is guided, responsive, and deeply attuned to what your body is ready for.
