About this Event
Guided by Jourdan Baldwin and Natalhie Ruiz, we'll combine the potent and powerful vibrations from sound bowls with a guided concious connected breathwork journey to soothe your nervous system, enhance mind-body connection, and create deep relaxation. This is an immersive experience that will leave you feeling centered, revitalized, and deeply connected.
Whether you are new to either of these practices or an OG, this is for you. There is always more to learn, and as we always say "life is better being a forever student."
Jourdan Baldwin is a co-owner of KALO Fitness, a women's focused fitness/wellness studio, and has extensive practice with many different breathwork techniques from her yoga teacher training, XPT certification, and mentorships, teachers, & study in somatic breathwork and the nervous system. Jourdan credits breathwork with a huge part of her evolution and ability to understand how to feel and process emotions - creating resilience in the face of her own life's biggest stressors. In addition, Jourdan creates beautiful sound journeys designed around tempo, deep emotional connection and harmony within oneself. This combined with the breathwork creates a truly impactful experience.
Natalhie Ruiz is the founder and guide of Sol Alignment, where she facilitates ceremonial work with sacred plant medicines, sound healing, and energy healing. She has been trained in the Cocamilla lineage of Peru and the teachings of the Shipibo-Conibo for several years, bringing deep reverence and dedication to her practice. Natalhie’s work is rooted in love and respect for the medicines and the communities she serves, offering guidance to those ready to face their shadows and traumas with compassion. Through her teachings, she empowers others to recognize the healer within and transform their pain into power.
