Sound Bowl & Reiki Healing — March 14
Join us for a daytime healing experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and return to center.
This session combines the soothing frequencies of crystal sound bowls with Reiki energy work—a gentle, supportive pairing that can help quiet the mind, ease stress, and invite deep restoration.
Whether you’re coming to release what’s been heavy, realign your energy, or simply take a nourishing pause, you’re welcome here.
What to Expect
- A sound bowl immersion to calm the nervous system and support deep relaxation
- Reiki offered during the session (gentle energy work to support balance and clarity)
- Grounding, intention-setting, and a peaceful close to help you re-enter your day feeling refreshed
This is a quiet, restful experience—most guests will be lying down or reclining for the duration.
Seating + Comfort
We have anti-gravity chairs available, or you’re welcome to rest on the floor with a mat/blanket—whichever feels best for your body.
What to Bring
- Yoga mat (if you plan to lie on the floor)
- Blanket + pillow (highly recommended)
- Water bottle
- Socks or indoor shoes (we remove shoes in the space)

- This event is for adults.
- To protect the integrity of the experience, no late entry after 10:00 AM
- This is a quiet space—please silence phones and arrive settled.
