Puppy Yoga combines the relaxation and mindfulness of traditional yoga with the joy and playfulness of puppies. Participants flow through gentle yoga poses while adorable, adoptable puppies from the Humane Society of Broward County roam freely, offering snuggles, kisses, and playful interactions. The experience promotes stress relief, laughter, and connection—both with the animals and with fellow participants. Best of all, the classes help socialize the puppies and raise awareness for pet adoption.The class is 60 minutes long. Up to 30 participants in each class.
