Join us and lay down to immerse yourself into the sound and vibration of sacred instruments.We will start the session with a meditation, before moving into the heartbeat of the drum. This beat will merge with your heartbeat. Percussion instruments, Himalayan singing bowls, bespoke gongs, crystal singing bowls, pipes and much more will be used.
The sound and vibration of these instruments will penetrate your body and mind, down to the cellular structures. As your vagus nerve gets activated you might drift in and out of consciousness, going on an inner journey. Complete harmony and balance in your body and mind will be created through the law of resonance. This will leave you feeling relaxed and at peace with yourself.
Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow with you to get comfortable. Bring some water to rehydrate yourself after the session.
Cost is £15
Sound therapy is very beneficial for sleeping problems, research has shown it can reduce heart rate and blood pressure. It is an aid for all physical and emotional issues.
Contraindications are epilepsy, peace maker and the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
