Sound Bath with Reiki - Rest, Restore and Heal

Join us in Studio 5 at the amazing Jacksons Lane in Highgate.

Lay down and deeply relax to the healing sounds of the gong, Tibetan bowls and 432hz magical crystal bowls. Whilst you lay in bliss, you will receive light hands-on reiki healing if you so wish. What could be better!

This divine experience will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, and we will be offering tea afterwards in order for you to further absorb your experience and allow the healing to continue if you would like to stay.

Immersing yourself in the healing power of sound and reiki will reset and rebalance you, something we so desperately need at this given time.

All participants will lay down on their own yoga mats wrapped in their own blankets. Please bring a pillow too if you wish. We will gently bring you into a deeply restful state and then your sound journey will be begin. Our beautiful space will be energetically cleared beforehand, and the room will be infused with healing energy. Participants will then have the pleasure to receive some gentle reiki healing whilst they are laying down during the sound bath.

DIRECTIONS:- Jacksons Lane is opposite Highgate tube station. Buses 43, 134 and 263 all stop directly outside Jacksons Lane, and there is lots of free residential parking.

Hi, we are Estelle and Natasha and we have been friends for over 30 years. We are deeply passionate about the power of healing others as well as ourselves, particularly at this challenging time in history.

Estelle

I am The London Sound Healer, and I am a Sound Healer and Reiki Master. I have been following a shamanic path since my teens, and I have studied with the Sacred Trust, the Power Path School and Sandra Ingerman. I have been very lucky to spend time in the Amazon rainforest with the indigenous locals learning about their relationship and medicinal uses with the plants and trees.

I am deeply passionate about the healing and transformational power of sound, which is particularly needed at this transitional time on our planet. I trained at The College of Sound Healing, where I am an accredited member, and I work with 432hz crystal bowls and Tibetan singing bowls, along with the gong. I have also trained with sound healing pioneers Jonathan Goldman and Jill Purce. I heal through sound on a one-to-one basis, and also in groups for sound baths and events for all ages. I am a third generation Healer, following in the footsteps of my mother and grandmother.

Natasha

I am the North London Energy Healer. I have been a healing practioner for over 20 years and run a trauma informed healing practice using Energy Healing/Reiki, TRE (Tension/Trauma Release Exercises), Breathwork and movement to help clients become embodied and centred. I am also Founding Director of a corporate well-being company Conscious Performance which delivers team well-being sessions, as well as, stress management coaching to individuals and teams in the workplace.

I am deeply passionate about the power of movement in order for us to release tension from our bodies and heal deeply and the bodywork modalities I use are key to achieving optimum health - mentally, physically and spiritually. Our bodies are like computers, they record everything. Over time if we don't listen too our body and carry on ignoring the aches, pains and other ailments they become deeply intrenched, harder to reach and can lead to serious health issues.

I run my private practice in North Finchley and The Haelan Centre in Crouch End.
