In this session, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gentle chimes, and the resonance of voice weave a deeply calming soundscape. The vibrations work not only through

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your yoga mat. While bolsters and blankets are provided, eye pillows, cushions and anything that might enhance your comfort, please feel free to bring along.
