Join me for this event at the beautiful space at Albion Garden.
This workshop is a blend of creativity, intention, and deep rest.
We’ll begin with vision board creation, a hands-on process to clarify what you’re calling in and give form to your intentions using images, words, and symbols. This part is intuitive and personal; there’s no right or wrong way to do it.
After the creative portion, you’ll be guided into a short visualization and yoga nidra, followed by a sound bath. This helps the body and mind shift into a deeply relaxed, receptive state, allowing your vision to settle beyond the thinking mind and integrate on a nervous-system level.
This is not about forcing manifestation. It’s about clarity, presence, and giving your system space to receive.

Who This Is For
This workshop is for anyone seeking clarity, inspiration, or a more embodied way of setting intentions. No prior experience with meditation, yoga nidra, or sound baths is needed.

You’re welcome to bring personal photos, images, or meaningful items if you’d like to personalize your board further.
