In this event, designed to relax, restore, and empower, you’ll be immersed in healing soundscapes crafted with Tibetan bowls, chimes, and resonant frequencies that echo her studies with renowned teachers at the SF Sound Symphony and the Globe Institute. Her approach goes beyond sound alone; as a 200RYT yoga teacher, Erica incorporates elements of Asana and Dhyana, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and inner bliss.
This sound bath is for any one seeking a space to reconnect, recharge, and rediscover her inner strength. Whether you’re new to sound healing or a frequent participant, Erica’s compassionate presence and dedication to inclusivity will support your journey toward greater balance and self-discovery.
