Rediscover what true stillness feels like as you immerse yourself in a restorative bath of soothing, ethereal melodies. Sound bath healing is a meditative experience in which participants are “bathed” in sound waves created by quartz crystal singing bowls. The healing vibrations and frequencies emitted by these instruments are believed to help clear blockages, balance energy centers, and promote deep relaxation and emotional release.
During a session, individuals rest comfortably on a yoga mat. Individuals are welcome to bring mats, pillows, blankets, etc.
Each session will be 50 minutes long!
