Join us for a FUN (and slightly competitive) fitness competition to raise money for The Ferrells, a local Jefferson City and CrossFit Unstoppable family navigating colorectal cancer treatment. All proceeds from registration will go to the family. Workouts will be inclusive of most fitness backgrounds, not just CrossFit.
Teams of two: FF / MF / MM
