All levels welcome, no experience needed.

Please ensure you bring your own yoga mat as well as a blanket, pillow, waterbottle and journal if you want to be extra cozy.

Trish is a Sound Bath Meditation Facilitator, EFT Tapping Practitioner, and Yoga Guide dedicated to creating nurturing spaces where individuals can experience profound relaxation, inner harmony, and mental clarity. With a gentle and intuitive approach, she supports others in regulating their nervous systems, releasing stored tension, and deepening their mindfulness practice. Passionate about fostering environments that invite stillness and self-connection, Trish offers pathways to restoration, reflection, and transformative personal growth.

About Daniella (Reiki):

Daniella is a certified Reiki Master, intuitive healer and psychic who specializes in balancing the body's energies, releasing chakra blocks, healing emotional traumas and physical ailments, cleansing auras, and more. Daniella shares her healing gifts throughout the GTA, offering group and private Reiki treatments.
