Join us for your monthly nervous system reset. In this 60 minute session we will hold a safe space for your body and mind to relax and unwind using calming sound frequencies and Reiki energy healing. This session begins with some gentle breathwork practice to quiet the mind and signal to the body that it is safe to relax and let go. We have some Yoga mats and blankets but please feel free to bring your own for added comfort. Please park your car across the road from the Church at Sorisso (previously san rocco). We look forward to welcoming you into the space.
