Join Space Between and Dissonance on April 14th at the Hook for a communal musical healing experience. We have been through so much here in Minnesota. We know our collective trauma can lead to a feeling of being frozen in other parts of life. Musician Melt Down is a time to join with other who want to thaw out and check in with their mental health. Come hang out, share with your peers, process your experiences, and take part in a sound bath to ease the tensions. We will also share resources for coping at home. The night will conclude with a jam to remind us how strong we are together.***The Dissonance mission is to build healthy community in and through the arts while supporting mental health and recovery for musicians.***
Space Between is a free peer-to-peer community support group for music industry professionals. 2nd Tuesdays Monthly at The Hook & Ladder Theater. A communal space to share in the joys and pains of functioning within our music industry.
Collaborate with like minded industry folks! Monthly conversations on topics we can all relate to. For anyone who makes the music happen: artists, managers, agents, promoters, engineers, crew, venue staff, security, and family.
