Tickets: Sliding Scale
Join Farhad as he guides you through a deeply relaxing meditation and sound bath experience, using crystal bowls, gongs, handpan, and chimes. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound and allow them to support your mind and body in letting go of stress and tension.
These sessions create a sense of relaxation and overall well-being. The therapeutic sound frequencies help calm the nervous system, enhance focus, and support the release of built-up stress held in the body and mind.
This practice is accessible to everyone—no prior experience is needed. All are welcome to come, relax, and experience the restorative power of sound in community.
What to Bring
- Yoga mat
- Pillow/bolster
- Eye pillow
- Blanket/layers for warmth
Venue Details
This event takes place in the spacious main sanctuary of Mount Seymour United. You may choose to sit in the provided seating or lie down in the designated floor area—please bring a yoga mat if lying down.

Ample free parking is available in front of the venue.
