A Club Fat Ass classic first hosted by Ean Jackson in 2003!The full course is 50k out and back with some folks traditionally deciding to do the whole thing, and some a 25k loop.
As always you are welcome to do "custom" distance. Bring a friend and run only as far as you want!
Course runs from near the Delbrook Community Centre in North Van, up along Mosquito Creek, East on the Powerline Trail for a bit, up a chunk of Mountain Highway, back down to the BP, and then west all the way out to the Cypress Bowl Road Picnic Area. And then back to the start!
Full 50k has around 2500m of gain. Most of the up on the way out.
Where: Official start: Southwest corner of Queens Road and Del Rio Dr. (plenty of parking at the sports field)
