Join us for a special early morning gathering at Chain & Spoke hosted by TheSynergyOfUs — a one-time community experience centered around connection, grounding, and an intentional start to the day.Before the shop opens, we’re creating space to slow down, connect with others, and begin the morning in community. Whether you’re looking to reset, reflect, or simply spend time around good people, all are welcome.

• Yoga mat or pad
• Blanket, pillow, or anything else that helps you feel comfortable

• Coffee, tea, and additional drinks will be available for purchase after the event
