This community offering is best experienced lying down or seated in a chair. Dress comfortably and bring whatever you need to be relaxed for your healing journey - yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, water bottle. A limited supply of mats and props are available for use. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in for a prompt start.
