Experience the power of sound therapy as our skilled practitioner uses a variety of instruments, including Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, to create a harmonious symphony of healing frequencies. Let the gentle waves of sound wash away your stress and tension, leaving you feeling balanced and restored.

No prior experience is necessary to participate in this event. Simply bring yourself and an open mind. Wear comfortable clothing and please bring either a cushion, blanket or a yoga mat to sit or lie on, ensuring your utmost comfort throughout the session (a limited number of spare yoga mats are available if needed).

Info: Relax in our one hour sound bath and let your mind and body feel the benefits. Please bring yoga mats/ pillows and blankets if you require. (we do have a few spare just in case). PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO ENTRY AFTER 18.40pm.
