She incorporates a variety of instruments; Crystal Singing Bowls, drumming, chimes, ocean drum, harp and Theda's powerful intuitive vocal channeling songs. The meditative vibrational sound frequencies guide the mind into a state of letting go, and connection to divine loving presence, giving the nervous system space to relax, allowing the body to naturally regulate, balance and heal, leaving you with a feeling of well-being, rejuvenated, connected and at peace.
