💓 Join Sara for a gentle sound and meditation journey, a safe place to exhale, come home to yourself, and remember the wisdom already within you. Through mindfulness, guided meditation, breath, and healing sound, you’ll be invited into a nurturing space of rest, reflection, and connection. Whether you’re seeking peace, clarity, healing, or simply a moment to be held, you are welcome here 🫂
✨ Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable and supported during the journey, such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, water bottle, or any other cozy comforts. We encourage you to create a nest that allows you to fully relax and receive.
💝 Come prepared to slow down, soften, and be nurtured. This is an invitation to pause from the busyness of everyday life and gift yourself a sacred space of presence, restoration, and connection.
*Doors open at 4:30. Sound Bath will begin promptly at 4:45. Please be prepared to come early for settling into your space 💫 We suggest using the restroom before hand so you are nice and comfy ☺️ Restroom are located by front building entrance near the coffee shop.
**Children are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian. To honor the experience of all participants, we ask that young guests be able to comfortably settle into the stillness and gentle nature of the journey.
***🚙 Parking is available behind the building at the far end of the lot for convenience. Look for the balloons marking the walkway entrance to help guide you to the space 🤗
