Through the healing vibrations of different instruments, you’ll be guided back into harmony and presence. This sound bath is an opportunity to release scattered energy, restore inner stability, and expand into the season with calm vitality.

✨ What to Expect:
We’ll begin with a warm welcome and a short explanation of what the session involves. 🌸Then, you’ll be guided through gentle breathwork, grounding, and a short meditation to help settle in. 🌿The sound journey will follow—about 45–50 minutes of calming, meditative sounds. 🎶You may feel deep relaxation, emotional release, or a sense of peaceful renewal—each experience is unique. 🌈We’ll close with quiet integration and a gentle return to the present moment 🙏
🧘♀️ What to Bring:
Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask for extra comfort, plus a water bottle.
Chairs are available if lying down is uncomfortable—just let me know in advance.
⏳ Doors open at 1:50 PM (Session 1) and 3:50 PM (Session 2). Please arrive on time to settle in before the session begins.
🚗 Parking is available outside the venue.
