You're warmly invited to a Sound Bath experience at The Wellness Room - a sacred immersion into vibration, stillness, and deep energetic renewal.Guided intuitively by me, Shelly Paquette, this journey blends the healing tones of SEVEN 432 HZ CRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS, each tuned to one of the SEVEN MAIN CHAKRAS and other healing instruments. These frequencies gently support your nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and help you reconnect to breath, body, and spirit.
This isn't just sound - it's a journey inward. A space to soften, to release and remember yourself.
Whether you're new to Sound Baths or returning to the practice, you'll be held with care, presence, and intention.
✨ Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided to support your comfort and rest. (You are welcome to bring your own pillow, blanket, eye covers etc. to make your experience your own.)

- Cardiac arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation (AFib)

The vibrational frequencies may affect sensitive equipment or heart rhythm. If you have any of these, please reach out before attending.
NEUROLOGICAL CONDITIONS
-Sound-triggered epilepsy or seizure disorders
-History of severe migraines triggered by sound and vibration

While many find Sound Baths soothing during pregnancy, early or sensitive stages may require extra care.
