Join us on 26 April 2026 at 4:00 PM (GMT) for an immersive Sound Bath + Guided Reiki Meditation at The Ministry, Borough.
The session will begin with a gentle, guided Reiki meditation to settle the nervous system, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath. You’ll be invited to rest, receive, and allow the sound to support relaxation and recalibration.
No prior experience with meditation, Reiki, or sound baths is needed. Just come as you are.
