About this Event
This chakra cleansing sound bath is designed to gently shift stagnant energy and restore flow throughout the body. The session begins with carefully sequenced sound to move energy through the room and harmonise the group, allowing the vibrations to settle the nervous system and create a shared, grounded space.
From there, the journey transitions into moon sequencing, inviting deeper relaxation and intuitive alignment. As the soundscape unfolds, I will move around the room working with the bowls, focusing on each chakra individually. This allows you to receive the vibrations more personally, supporting energetic balance and a deeper sense of release.
Halfway through the session, you’ll be invited to gently turn onto your front to receive sound directly through your back. Each participant will experience a bowl blessing, where the vibrations are offered close to the body to encourage grounding, tension release, and a nurturing sense of support.
This is a deeply restorative experience designed to calm the mind, rebalance the chakras, and leave you feeling centred, held, and renewed.
