Join us for a Soundbath to Restore your Energy. Let your nervous system unwind; let the healing vibration bypass the busy mind and come into inner stillness. Feel your body relax, letting go of tension... Experience the healing potential of sound on a cellular level.
Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, the gong, chimes and more will be played to take you on a sound journey and into deep relaxation to stimulate the body-mind's healing response.

Though a sound bath has many health benefits, it is not recommended if you are pregnant (during first and third trimesters). Caution is adviced if you have a pacemaker. Please consult with you medical provider.
Event schedule:
6:45 PM: Arrival Time/ Settling in
7:00 PM to 8:15 PM: Sound Bath
Participants will lie on the floor during the sound bath. For your comfort, bring a yoga mat or blanket, a small pillow (for your head), a rolled-up towel (for underneath your knees), an extra blanket (for comfort), and your water bottle.
Please arrive on time and consider additional time to find parking. Late arrivals can't be accommodated. No refund for latecomers.
The event is facilitated in a spacious amenity room at a residential address in Newport Village, Port Moody.
About Your Host
Anika is the founder of Ocean&Moon Healing Arts, created to help individuals reduce stress, restore vitality, and activate the body-mind’s natural healing response. She is a Registered Shiatsu Therapist, Certified Sound Healing and Vibroacoustic Therapist, and Certified QiGong Teacher based in Port Moody.
Anika offers individual healing sessions that combine therapeutic bodywork and sound healing at her private studio in Newport Village, Port Moody.
She also hosts Monthly Group Sound Baths, weekly Qigong classes, and Vibroacoustic Therapy group sessions - all thoughtfully designed to support nervous system regulation and overall well-being.
