A guided tasting of classic Peruvian sauces that showcase the depth and brightness BBQ cooking
Chopped Avocado, Peruvian Corn & Fresh Cheese Salad
A fresh chopped salad of crisp vegetables, ripe avocado, sweet Peruvian corn, and queso fresco, tossed in a bright citrus vinaigrette.
Roasted Chicken with Peruvian Green Sauce with lemon herbed rice
Juicy roasted chicken served with ají verde—a vibrant, creamy sauce made with fresh herbs, green chiles, citrus, and garlic. Served with fluffy rice finished with fresh lemon juice, zest, olive oil and herbs.
Passion Fruit Cheesecake
A silky, lightly sweet cheesecake topped with bright, tangy passion fruit

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hour cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concerns. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
