🧘 How to Prepare
△ Stay hydrated throughout the day - water supports the movement of sound frequencies through the body.
△ Wear comfortable clothing for lying down and relaxing.
△ Arrive early - doors are locked 5 minutes after start time to preserve the integrity of the session.
△ Avoid heavy meals beforehand; a light snack is best.

△ Water (essential).
△ Bring a pillow - all other essentials are provided, but you’re welcome to personalise your comfort.
△ A personal intention - sound amplifies what you are ready to release or invite in.
💫 After the Session
Drink plenty of water and take it easy. Sound continues to integrate after the event - some people notice deeper sleep, emotional release, clarity of thought, or vivid dreams. Journaling can be a valuable way to anchor your insights and track the shifts you notice.
