Introduction to Crystal Singing Bowls - A Practical Foundations Workshop

This hands-on workshop introduces the foundations of working with crystal singing bowls.
Rather than simply learning how to “make a bowl sing”, you will begin to understand how sound behaves, how tone is created, and how the body responds to patterned vibration.
This session is ideal for beginners, curious practitioners, and anyone wanting to build stronger technical control with crystal bowls.
By the end of the workshop you will understand the essential foundations required to begin practising confidently.

During this session we explore:
- How to play and sustain a clean, stable tone
- How pressure, speed and posture influence resonance
- How sound interacts with the nervous system
- The foundations of a simple sound session
- Safety and basic practitioner awareness
You will also gain practical experience handling bowls, working with mallets, and listening carefully to how tone develops and resolves.
