Immerse yourself in deep, earthy tones created by gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, and the rhythmic beats of a drum, complemented by the ethereal resonance of the human voice. Together, these sounds evoke a sense of balance and harmony, helping you acknowledge the year’s blessings and achievements.
Through affirmations such as “I give thanks for all I have received and share my abundance with others,” this sound bath invites you to reflect on your personal harvest—whether literal or metaphorical—and foster a spirit of appreciation. This session offers a moment to honor the gifts of the present while preparing your energy for the rest of the year.
