Join Kristy Popova for a calming evening of Gentle Yoga and Sound Healing.
This gathering is designed to help you release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your breath, and realign with your natural rhythm under the luminous energy of the full moon.
We’ll begin with gentle, grounding yoga to open the body, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath using crystal bowls and instruments tuned to soothe the nervous system. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clear, and deeply at peace.
