Join us for an extraordinary journey with The Psychedelic Sound Bath! This unique event synergistically combines the healing vibrations of a live sound bath with the gentle effects of a low-dose mushroom experience.
What Is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative and immersive experience where participants are "bathed" in soothing, resonant sounds created by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks, and sometimes even the human voice. These sounds are designed to promote healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.
The benefits of sound baths can include deep relaxation and reduced stress, uplifted mood, heightened body awareness, improved sleep, and the potential for mystical experiences and spiritual connection. Sound baths are often held in group settings but can also be experienced one-on-one. They are not about actively "doing" something but rather surrendering to the sound and allowing it to work on you.
What Can I Expect?

🎶The Sound Bath Journey - A 2-hour cosmic soundscape led by skilled sound practitioners using a variety of instruments and frequency-based music designed to guide you into deep relaxation and expanded states of awareness.
🙏🏻Integration & Grounding - After the journey, share reflections in a supportive group space and enjoy a nourishing light meal to ground your experience.

We're featuring an incredible local Sound Journey Practitioner & Professional Percussionist, Scott Pridgen, who will be playing sacred sounds from instruments like gongs, singing bowls, drums, rattles, flutes, didgeridoos, and the KotaMo.

Natural Medicine Education & Intention Setting

Hosted by Victoria Novello, an energy healer, and Noah Novello, lead scientist and founder of Friday Ventures, which offers lab testing, consulting, education and harm reduction/support services in the natural medicine space. Together, they will offer valuable knowledge acquired through many years of research, formal training, and personal experience to create a safe environment.

• 3:30 pm Arrive & Settle In

• 4:00-4:30pm Natural Medicine Education & Intention Setting
• 4:30-6:30pm Sound Bath with Gary Fishman
• 6:30-9:00pm Sharing Circle & Grounding with Food and Community

• Something comfortable to lay on for 90+ minutes (ie. camping mat, sleeping bag)

• Eye mask
• A variety of healthy foods will be offered after the journey. Feel free to bring your favorite food to share!

Who Can Participate: This event is well-suited for first timers and experienced psychonauts alike. Participants must be over 21 years old.

Health Screening & Waiver: You will be required to fill out a health screening form and sign a waiver to be in compliance with the Natural Medicine Health Act SB 23-290.
