This beginner-friendly session begins with 45 minutes of slow-paced yoga, focused on soft stretching, mindful movement, and grounding breathwork—perfect for newcomers or anyone looking to unwind.
After a short transition break, settle in for a 45-minute sound bath led by Elyse of Sky Apothecary. Let the healing tones of crystal bowls and other vibrational instruments wash over you, encouraging relaxation, energetic balance, and a peaceful meditative state.
Cost: $45 per person
