June is an intentional month that focuses on the men around us. This month is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month and the time we celebrate Father’s Day 🤎

This space is being created with this in mind.

A space for men to come together to release , feel supported… and simply be.

I’m inviting you to bring a man you care for — your father, son, brother, partner, or friend. Or come as a man ready to receive.

We’ll move, breathe, and reset together through:

• Yoga Flow hosted by YogaPlayGround
• Affirmations & activations by Vision
• Radical Reflections by Tamiko Hope
• A deeply restorative sound bath experience with Yoga Playground and Breathe With Kay

Expect a vibe that feels like:
Connection. Safety. Fun. Release. Realignment.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat
• Water
• Snacks (think picnic style vibes)
• Games (optional)
• Bug spray JUST IN CASE

A few mats are availanle to borrow if you need one!

How to find us:

• Come in through entrance 2 (through the whale bones) to park
• Walk up to and past "rebirth pavillion" to the hill ahead marked by a black mulch path.
