What's In Store for This Session:

• Picnic-style “happy hour” vibe (As in bring a blanket, snacks, wine, games if you want)
• Music & Connection (Ice breakers)
• Mental Health Tips from Licensed Therapist (breathwork, meditation techniques)
• Mini Reiki Sessions Available for purchase (before and after sound bath)

• Mat or blanket

• Anything that helps you feel comfortable and cozy

HOW TO FIND US:

We will be in the empty field by the playground.

Park at lot 2, Walk to "rebirth Pavillion".

You will walk past the pavilion and bathrooms that are to you left, towards the hill ahead. Once at the hill, walk up the black mulch pathway.
