About this Event
A group sound healing experience is a meditation technique that uses resonant frequencies to promote relaxation and healing.
Instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes are commonly used to create these soothing sounds.
How It Works: Participants typically lie down or sit comfortably in a quiet space. The practitioner may guide the group through breathing exercises or a body scan to help everyone relax. The instruments are then played, creating vibrations that move from the physical body to the energy body, potentially releasing stagnant energy. The vibrations and sounds activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress hormones and promoting calm.
- Relaxation: Many people report deep relaxation and stress relief during a sound bath. It generally takes around 10-15 minutes to fully let go and immerse yourself in the experience.
- Emotional responses: The vibrations may resonate with certain emotions or memories, leading to emotional release for some individuals.
- Mindfulness: The immersive sounds can engage your brain’s attentional networks, promoting heightened awareness of the present moment.
- Dreamlike state: Receiving sound induces a meditative state, activating the right brain and deactivating the left brain. Some clients describe this state as like being asleep, while still being conscious, where connections can be made.
- Unique experience: Everyone’s experience with sound bath meditation is unique. Some may have visualizations or insights. Others may simply enjoy a sense of tranquility and a break from daily stressors.
- Feelings After the Session: After the session, you might feel 'spacey. Clients often feel grounded and energized at the same time.
After the sound bath, there's often a gentle transition back to the present moment. Participants may be invited to share their experiences or thoughts, though this is usually optional. The session typically ends with a few moments of quiet reflection and gratitude.

I'm Sayali Badhe, I'm a sound healing practitioner. My journey into sound healing began with my own search for healing and well-being. Like many, I experienced the stresses of modern life and sought a way to find inner peace and balance. Discovering the power of sound was a revelation. The resonant frequencies of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments deeply resonated with me, bringing profound relaxation and emotional release. Inspired by this personal transformation, I pursued formal training and certification in Rishikesh (Yoga Capital of the World) in India, where yoga originated from.
I stayed there and experienced the serene environment around me, the Maa Ganga in the midst of Himalayas.
To share this gift with others. I'm passionate about creating a safe and nurturing space where people can experience the transformative effects of sound and reconnect with their inner selves."
Apart from sound healing, In my daily life I practice yoga asanas with my guru. I teach yoga which is mainly focused on basic hatha & ashtanga asanas; pranayama & meditation. Alongwith this I am a certified pre-postnatal yoga instructor, I am actively helping pre & postnatal mamas to make their journey enjoyable & fulfiiling.
