Sound Bath: A Sonic Journey into Who You Are

Presented by meditation instructor and soundscape artist, Paul Kaye, our most popular in-person event returns.

Relax and let go as you allow the sound of over 20 instruments to take you inward on a sound and musical journey to attune to the inner sound, and to your true self.

Enjoy a dinner of nourishing, mostly organic farm to table food, incorporating Ayurvedic and holistic culinary principles. (Inclusive of vegetarian and vegan options).

Time: 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm PT.
Dinner: 5:30 pm – 6:45 pm
