Sound Bath, 23rd of April, at the Sunset Sanctuary

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and mindful experience. You will lie down comfortably and allow to be bathed in the vibrations of various healing instruments. Many different instruments will be used to create healing vibrations such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes and drums.

Please bring along with you:

• a yoga mat
• a blanket
• water
• eye mask

Please arrive early enough for a 8:30pm start. The sound bath will last about 50 minutes and then we will have 15-20 minutes for integration.

Refund policy

Full refund, up until mid day Wednesday before the event. After that it will depend if I can book someone else in your place.
