About this Event
In this fast paced city life, many of us carry a lot inside our systems without even realising it. The individualistic society in which we live in encourages "bottling up" instead of "letting out". We stay strong and stoic, instead of actually feeling whats alive in us. And so our nervous systems tend to get overloaded with unprocessed emotions and inner tensions build over time. Eventually, this begins to fog our senses. For some of us, even trying to clearly articulate what we are carrying may feel overwhelming. This can keep us feeling stuck in a loop, without a clear way out.
This is where music and mindfulness offers us another way. Sound can reach places that language cannot, allowing us to feel without being overwhelmed by thought. Mindfulness helps us observe, accept and let go without getting ourselves further untangled in the web of reactivity. The combination of the two is a powerful medicine that can help us release the heavy burdens we might be carrying, and transform our inner worlds into a more peaceful one.
Hi, I'm Noah. I'm a musician and a trained trauma-sensitive facilitator, coach and counsellor. I support people in letting go of their emotional overwhelm, and building a more compassionate relationship with themselves. I use mindfulness and music as a bridge, guiding people to calmly explore their inner worlds and find their inner peace and clarity.
I created this space for you to slow down, take a deep breath and land in yourself. You are welcome to lie down, close your eyes, and allow the music to support you on your inner journey. Your experience is respected and honoured at every step of the way.

Every journey is different. The music and sounds I perform are played on a variety of instruments and intuitively improvised in the moment. What unfolds during the journey is entirely personal. Some people experience deep rest, others clarity, others a gentle emotional release. Everything and every part of you is welcome. The focus of the journey is always on safety, grounding, and self-connection.

Comfortable mats and blankets are provided. If you tend to get cold, consider bringing a sweater or shawl. This is a small, intimate circle with limited spaces, so please reserve your place in advance.
