About this Event
Join Rebecca at St George Community Centre on Sunday 29th March 2026 at 3:30pm for a restorative yoga session followed by a sound bath savasana.
We’ll have a little wiggle and a stretch before moving onto some longer, supported restorative postures, followed by a long dreamy sound bath savasana with crystal bowls, chimes and rattles.
Expect lots of props, blankets, cosy vibes and a supportive space to rest.
All postures will be either seated or lying down and I will offer adaptations and alternatives to help you get the most out of your practice.
Spaces are limited to 10 people and all mats and props will be provided.
This in-person event offers a unique opportunity to rest in community, to connect back to yourself and find balance in mind, body, and spirit.

Please arrive around 10 minutes early so you can settle in before the start at 3:30pm. The door will be locked just before 3:30pm and I won’t be able to let anyone in after this time so as to not disturb the group.
Contraindications
Sound healing is not suitable for:
Those with sound induced epilepsy
During the first 12 weeks of pregnancy
While sound healing can be beneficial for mental health, those living with Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder or PTSD should consult with their doctor before attending a sound bath.
