Peace and tranquillity awaits in a unique setting of a beautiful Stargazer tent located in the North Norfolk Countryside, at Hungry Hill Meadow just outside of Northrepps. Unwind and rejuvenate in a gentle and deeply restful sound bath which focuses on deepening our connection to the present moment, immersed and surrounded by nature. We begin with a brief guided meditation and as you gently transition into a state of deep relaxation, you will be enveloped in the sounds and vibrations of nature, as well as Tibetan, Crystal, & Alchemy Singing Bowls. These instruments are known for their healing frequencies, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit.
After the sound bath we will enjoy a hot drink, a piece of cake, and if the weather allows, we will sit outside to watch the sky. If you would like to bring a chair to sit outside and enjoy your cake, please do.
This session is a fabulous opportunity to try a sound bath in the great outdoors but undercover in the beautiful Stargazer tent nestled in the North Norfolk countryside.
Please bring a yoga mat, self-inflating camping mat, or something soft to lay on, a pillow to rest your head, a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks. A bolster or pillow to support your knees can also greatly improve your comfort levels. You can bring a chair if you'd prefer to sit. Wear clothes that will allow you to be comfortable and warm, bearing in the mind that our body temperature tends to drop when our bodies relax and although there is heating within Stargazer we are essentially outside, so bring lots of layers if it's chilly. Comfort is key to your overall enjoyment and ability to relax fully. You might also like to bring a drink of water as staying hydrated is important. You'll feel like you're leaving your house with everything bar the kitchen sink, but I promise, it'll be worth it!
