The energy of the new moon lives within us.
Seeds have been planted—in quiet moments, in subtle shifts, in the space created through release and awakening. This ceremony is where we begin to root into what is growing.
We gather in warmth and intention, tending to what is tender and true.
Through guided visualization, you will meet the version of yourself that is beginning to emerge—grounded, supported, and real. You will be invited to anchor this energy into your body and your life.
A deeply nourishing sound bath will follow—soft, layered, and cocooning—offering integration, restoration, and a sense of being held as you step into this next chapter.
We close in gentle connection, with space to land, reflect, and simply be.
You are not rushing your becoming.
You are learning to root within it.
There is nothing to achieve here—only space to receive. Let sound carry you into a state of profound relaxation and restoration.
Community agreements:
Be on time: Please arrive with time to park and enter at 6:45pm when the doors open to get settled for a prompt 7pm start. Please note that I have to lock the door to begin the sound bath so better to be early than late. If it is raining, please stay warm and dry in your car until 6:45pm. **Please note that our entrance is on 37th Ave SW.
Be prepared: yoga mat, blanket (your temperature does drop during the sound bath), eye pillow or cover and a water bottle.
Be respectful: Turn off your phone and other noise sources. Respect the silence during the session
Be considerate: If you snore, turn on your side.
Sound healing:
Sound has been utilized in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing. It not only helps with inducing relaxation, but also has a way of moving through areas of blockage to move stagnant energy, release energy patterns and habits that are no longer serving you, and bring your body, mind and spirit back into alignment.
One of the best modalities to bring the body back to its natural state of harmony is sound and vibration from Himalayan chakra singing bowls. Placed on and around the body and struck or sung, the tones and frequencies emanated from these bowls creates a sympathetic resonance that affects the body on a cellular level. These vibrations spread as concentric waves into larger circles through the entire body and entrain the brain to move into a deep Theta state. The experience is one of absolute serenity as deep relaxation and soothing resonant sound opens the flow of energy and restores balance and well-being.
