Sound Above the City - A Hypnotic Sound Bath Journey
What? A rooftop sound bath experience designed to help you step out of the noise of everyday life and into a state of calm, clarity and reset.
When? Tuesday 12th May at 12.30pm and Tuesday 19th May at 12.30pm - both sessions last one hour.
Where? Set against the Liverpool skyline at Tempest at Tithebarn Rooftop - the best panoramic views of the city
These sessions blend sound therapy with gentle hypnotic techniques to guide you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. As the sun sets and the city hums below, you’ll be invited to lie back, switch off, and let the frequencies do the work.
Using instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs and chimes, alongside guided subconscious relaxation, this experience supports your nervous system in slowing down..
This is for you if you feel overwhelmed, mentally busy, burnt out or simply in need of a reset. Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to themselves.
Geniene Azalea works at the intersection of sound, hypnosis and nervous system regulation. After experiencing burnout firsthand while running a successful PR and property business, she began exploring the deeper roots of stress through meditation, neuroscience and the mind-body connection.
Today, she combines sound therapy, hypnotherapy and practical tools to create accessible sessions that support emotional balance, focus and sustainable performance in a fast-paced world.
