SoulSync is a gentle, heart-centered gathering designed to help you slow down, soften inward, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive, grounded space.
This February session invites us to listen to the wisdom of the heart—not to fix or force, but to notice what is ready to soften, release, or be received.
Through mindful movement, guided meditation, quiet reflection, and intentional rest, we create space to step out of the mind and into presence.

Subtle Reiki support and calming sound healing will be offered during rest and meditation, intended to support relaxation and integration.
