Join us for a SoulJive pop-up experience as part of Spring into Summer at Slades Park.
SoulJive is a guided movement experience using wireless headphones, designed to help you switch off, let go and reconnect. Through a carefully curated music journey, you’ll be invited to move, explore, connect with others and enjoy moments of stillness.
There is no right or wrong way to do it. No pressure, no judgement. Just space to be yourself and move in a way that feels natural to you.
Each SoulJive session is different. We pop up in a variety of locations, indoors and outdoors, creating a unique experience every time. For this event, we’ll be dancing together on the grass as part of the wider park event.
Our first public session in Dorset brought together an incredible group of people who showed up fully, connected and created something really special. We’re bringing that same energy into this next experience.
Whether you come on your own or with friends, you’ll be welcomed into a relaxed and supportive space.
