Movement Medicine - Movement, Sound Bath, Reiki

Step out of your head and back into your body.

This 2-hour monthly experience is designed to help you release stress, shift stuck energy and reconnect with yourself—through movement, music and deep rest.

We begin with Movement Medicine—a guided, free-flowing movement session set to tribal, jungle-inspired beats. There’s no choreography, no pressure and no judgment. Just space to move however your body wants to move. To shake off tension, let go of the day and express what words often can’t.

So many of us carry stress, emotion and pressure in the body without realising. Through expressive movement, you give your body a way to release it—naturally and safely. It’s not about how it looks, it’s about how it feels.

We then move into a deeply restorative sound healing and Reiki session, using Tibetan bowls and energy work to calm the nervous system, support emotional release and bring the body back into balance.

This is your time to:

• Let go of stress and overthinking
• Release pent-up emotion and tension
• Reconnect with your body
• Feel lighter, calmer and more grounded
• Have lots of fun!

Inspired by the energy and freedom of ecstatic dance in Costa Rica, this space is all about freedom, expression and coming home to yourself.

No experience needed - this is for all ages and sizes, bring your open heart and comfy clothes you can move around in!

For the movement:

Please bring water to stay hydrated as you most definately will sweat moving your body around!

For the sound bath:

🧘‍♀️ Please bring your own yoga mat/ something to lie on (this is not provided) and come extra cosy! ✨

🛌 Blankets, and layers are essential- once you’ve shaken out the day and melted into the sounds, your nervous system softens and you’ll often get a little chilly ❄️💫

☁️ Fluffy socks, pillows and anything that helps you feel safe and snug are so welcome 🤍

This experience will run monthly upon the first Sunday of each month after we begin on June 14th. Tickets on sale now!

Info: Allow your body to guide you and move it in whatever way that feels right for you. You will be guided throughout to help you let go, get out of your head and drop into your body so you can fully express yourself and not care what anyone else is doing or what you look like. This is about connecting to yourself, your emotions, your feelings and expressing it through movement in a way that feels right and true to you.

Info: Get yourself comfy and cosy under your blanket or warm clothes and allow the soothing sound of the Tibetan bowls to deeply relax you. Whilst enjoying the calm you have the option to receive Reiki healing simultaneously to rebalance your energy.
