Until the presence of our thoughts feels peaceful, grounded, and at ease, our mind will seek for answers. Have you ever wonder why? Yoga is an essential practice to educate the mind and body to come back to the only experience there is. The experience of now.
We came here to experience all and everything - the dark and light, all the shades of existence. In this flaming stillness we can enjoy every flavor, allow everything that is meant to flow continuosly, endlessly, impermanent.
Join me for a Soulful Yoga session, embracing the light, that steady fragrance the of your true nature, outside of the thinking mind, that is essentially You.

Everyone is welcome.
No previous experience of yoga and any other practices is needed. No age restrictions.
Please refrain from eating 2 hours before the event.
Please bring water/bottle, feel free to bring a pen or a notepad with you.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the session.
Your guide
Veronica Gabbana is a Yoga teacher, coach, and facilitator of embodied awareness practices. Her work blends yoga, meditation, breathwork, philosophy, and body-based inquiry to support deep reconnection with presence and inner clarity.
With a background in holistic movement and conscious living, she got he training in India and Thailand and now guides students through organic, intuitive practices that invite both stillness and exploration. Her teaching emphasises listening to the body, calming the mind, and cultivating a grounded relationship with the present moment.
Through her classes, workshops, and private sessions, Veronica creates spaces where individuals can reconnect with their true nature beyond habitual patterns of thought, embracing both light and shadow as part of the human experience.
Her approach is gentle yet profound, offering a pathway toward embodied awareness, balance, and inner freedom.
