Soulful Yin and Sound

Join Jasmine RaShae’ (founder of Soulful Flow Yoga) and Tasha Hampton (sound healer and meditation guide) for a magical candlelit evening of Yin and Sound. This event is intended to embody a nurturing mindfulness flow to help fully restore the body while welcoming love and peace into the soul.

This 90-minute event will incorporate 45 minutes of a gentle Yin flow followed by 45 minutes of an immersive sound bath. All levels are welcome.

>> *Please bring your own pillow, blanket, and yoga mat. Eye pillows/masks are also suggested for a deeper experience. These items will not be provided during the session however they are essential to being the most comfortable in the experience.
