Karine has been guiding Wheel of the Year Workshops to honour the seasonal changes and cyclical living for many years, and is very passionate about intertwining nature and Earth based wisdom into her holistic style of Yoga teaching.
The beginning of August sees the wheel turn into Lammas or Lughnasad.
This is a time to celebrate the first harvest, a festival of gratitude and “first seeds.”
