Baharat rubbed Lamb, beet hummus, green pea, sumac onions + pickled zucchini

Roast sweet potato, cauliflower, carrot, date, roquette, cabbage + lemon herb sour cream dressing

Persian love cake + caramelised white chocolate & rose water cream
